"The development of the modern era, characterized by technological\r\nadvancement, brings particular challenges for Islamic Religious Education\r\nstudents, especially in maintaining religious values amid the wave of digitalization.\r\nThe degradation of religious values manifested in decreased consistency in\r\nworship, academic dishonesty, and materialistic lifestyles demands a learning\r\napproach that not only transfers knowledge but also deeply internalizes religious\r\nvalues. This phenomenon indicates the need for a learning strategy capable of\r\nintegrating technological competence with spiritual strengthening, so that students\r\nare not only academically skilled but also possess solid religious character. In this\r\ncontext, this research seeks to examine how learning with a spiritual teachingbased\r\nTPACK approach can serve as a solution in instilling religious values in\r\nstudents of the Islamic Religious Education Study Program at Universitas Ahmad\r\nDahlan, as well as analyzing the condition of students' religious character and the\r\nimplications of implementing this approach on strengthening their religiosity\r\ndimensions.\r\nThis research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data\r\ncollection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation to obtain\r\nin-depth and comprehensive data regarding the phenomenon under study. The\r\nresearch subjects consist of 16 informants including the Dean of the Faculty of\r\nIslamic Studies UAD, the Head of the Islamic Religious Education Study Program\r\nUAD, 3 lecturers teaching Islamic Religious Education courses, and 12 Islamic\r\nReligious Education students at UAD who were purposively selected based on their\r\ninvolvement in the learning process. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman\r\nmodel with stages of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing to\r\nensure the validity and reliability of research findings. The analysis process was\r\nconducted iteratively and systematically to identify significant patterns emerging\r\nfrom field data regarding students' religious character conditions, the\r\nimplementation of spiritual teaching-based TPACK learning, and its implications\r\nfor instilling religious values.\r\nThe research results show that: First, the condition of UAD Islamic\r\nReligious Education students' religious character demonstrates a strong foundation\r\nof faith cognitively, but still experiences fluctuations in the consistency of worship\r\npractice, morals, religious social engagement, and spiritual independence\r\ninfluenced by academic pressure and digital era challenges. Second, the\r\nimplementation process of TPACK learning based on spiritual teaching is carried\r\nout through the integration of seven TPACK components (CK, PK, TK, PCK, TCK,\r\nTPK, and TPACK) in three stages (planning, implementation, and evaluation) by\r\napplying six aspects of spiritual teaching, namely exemplary conduct, placing\r\nstudents as learning subjects, softening hearts, sowing love, being consistent in carrying out mandates, and indicators of love in learning. Third, the implications\r\nof learning have a significant impact on strengthening five dimensions of students'\r\nreligious values, namely increasing spiritual awareness in the aspect of faith,\r\nconsistency in worship implementation, forming noble character through\r\nexemplary conduct and habituation, strengthening religious social care through\r\ndigital da'wah, and developing spiritual independence through value\r\ninternalization and self-regulation abilities."^^ .
