"The rapid development of digital technology has weakened students’ reading interest and social character, prompting schools to develop concrete literacy strategies aligned with the Profile of Pancasila Students. At SDN 060910 Medan, the Weekly Literacy Program was developed as an innovative cultural literacy activity conducted weekly, integrating reading, performing arts, and creative expression. The program was designed based on students’ needs and aligned with the Merdeka Curriculum and the School Literacy Movement. This study aims to analyze the planning, organizing, implementation, and contribution of the Weekly Literacy Program to strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students. This research employs a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model consisting of (1) data reduction, (2) data display, and (3) conclusion drawing.\r\nThe findings show that: (1) The planning of the Weekly Literacy Program at SDN 060910 Medan is based on an analysis of students’ needs for enjoyable literacy activities and is directed toward strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students. The school sets objectives, weekly themes, and activity types according to the Merdeka Curriculum and the School Literacy Movement. (2) The organization of the Weekly Literacy Program runs effectively due to the clear structure of roles involving the principal, literacy coordinator, classroom teachers, and students, supported by systematic task distribution and regular coordination through pre- activity briefings. (3) The implementation of Weekly Literacy strengthens all six dimensions of the Profile of Pancasila Students through concrete practices: joint prayer and cultural literacy for the “faith and piety” dimension; direct experiences of diversity for “global diversity”; group work for “mutual cooperation”; guided autonomy for “independence”; and artistic expression for “creativity.” Overall, the program significantly contributes to character formation because Pancasila values are practiced through meaningful and contextual routine activities. (4) The findings further indicate that the Weekly Literacy Program contributes substantially to strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students through routine and participatory cultural literacy activities. The program reinforces mutual cooperation through group tasks, enhances students’ confidence and creativity through artistic expression, expands cultural understanding as part of global diversity, and fosters independence and responsibility through the routine preparation for performances."^^ .
