This partnership reflects a mutually dependent business relationship in which the company provides production facilities, while the farmers are responsible for livestock management. However, in its implementation, several potential legal imbalances between the parties can still be found. In addition, there is no specific regulation governing legal protection for plasma farmers, which raises the need to examine the partnership through the perspective of the principles of contract law. This research aims to provide an overview of how the partnership between plasma farmers and PT X and PT Mitra Unggas Makmur is carried out in practice. It also examines the extent to which the implementation of the partnership reflects the principles of contract law as stipulated in the Indonesian Civil Code. The study employs an empirical juridical approach by collecting data through field interviews and reviewing documents, legal literature, and applicable regulations. Through this approach, the research seeks to present a comprehensive depiction of the partnership both theoretically and in practical implementation. The results show that the partnership is carried out based on mutual agreement; however, there remain imbalances in the fulfillment of rights and obligations, as well as a lack of involvement from the local government in conducting supervision. Such conditions create legal uncertainty for plasma farmers, who tend to hold a weaker bargaining position. These findings indicate the importance of improving regulations, enhancing supervision, and strengthening justice and legal protection principles so that the partnership can operate more ideally and sustainably for all parties involved. %Z Iswantoro, S.H., M.H.
