Pleret Village provides innovative services through two primary channels: offline and online, as a concrete manifestation of the government's presence for all social layers without exception. Under the leadership of Lurah Taufik Kamal, this integration of digitalization and conventional service concepts has achieved significant accolades, including being named the Best Village in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY), securing 3rd place in the National Village Competition (Regional 2), and winning the 2024 Bantul Innovation Awards. These achievements prove that the synergy between modern management and transparent governance can significantly enhance the quality of public services. This research employs a socio-legal (empirical juridical) method with a descriptive-analytical nature using a sociological approach. This approach is used to dissect service quality through real interactions between village officials and the community in the field. Primary data were obtained through observation and in-depth interviews with Lurah Taufik Kamal, village officials, and local community figures. Secondary data include primary legal materials such as Law No. 25 of 2009 on Public Services, Law No. 6 of 2014 on Villages, and Law No. 30 of 2014 on Government Administration, as well as secondary legal materials consisting of literature related to good governance and siyāsah idāriyah. Data analysis was carried out systematically through the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing to ensure valid and organized findings. The research results conclude that public services in Pleret Village reflect the nine principles of good governance through the Pleret.id platform and inclusive deliberation mechanisms, although challenges remain regarding complaint data integration and the performance of certain sub-village officials. In the perspective of siyāsah idāriyah, these practices align with the principles of musāwah (equality/equity), at-taysīr wa raf’ul haraj (providing convenience and eliminating difficulty), and at-tadarruj fi at-tasyri (gradual regulation setting), all of which aim to uphold human dignity (karāmah insāniyyah). However, through the lens of maslahah mursalah, the challenge of technocratic discrimination against the elderly and the lack of digital literacy at the sub-village level serve as critical notes in fulfilling the mandate of office as per QS. An-Nisa verse 58. Strengthened coordination and more massive system integration are required so that the benefits of the service can be felt equally and comprehensively (rahmatan lil 'ālamīn). %Z Proborini Hastuti, S.H., M.H.
