The study focuses on a critical analysis interpretation of Q.S. al-Ma?un to explore how Moeslim deconstructs the concept of ?negligence? in prayer. Employing a library research method with a descriptive-analytical approach, this study analyzes Moeslim?s primary works. The findings demonstrate that Moeslim critiques ?symbolic piety? which is confined to formal rituals while neglecting the suffering of the oppressed (mus\}tad\}?afi{\ensuremath{>}}n). From the perspective of Transformative Exegesis, ?those who are negligent? are interpreted not merely as those who delay prayer, but as those who fail to transform ritual values into liberating social ethics. This study concludes that Moeslim's ideas propose a paradigm shift from orthodoxy to orthopraxis, where the validity of piety is measured by a commitment to social justice.} }
