A quantitative approach was employed by collecting data trough quetionnaires and analyzing them using SmartPLS 3. The result indicate that enjoyment and convenience have a significant effect on switching intention, while perceived risk, perceived inefficiency, and switching cost do not have a significant effect. This study highlights the importance of enjoyment an convenience in development os islami banking digital services.
