%X This research was motivated by the increasing vulnerability of family resilience in the Special Region of Yogyakarta Province, as indicated by the high divorce rate. This phenomenon represents a shift in social reality, where the increasing role of women is often not accompanied by an adequate support system. The complexity of modern life and the lack of literacy in parenting and conflict management are the main triggers of family fragility. In this context, the Salimah Women's Organization is present as a strategic institution that seeks to provide guidance through various coaching programs to address these challenges.
This research is field research with a descriptive-analytical nature. The research data was obtained through interviews, documentation, and observation. The approach used in this research is sociological-normative, using Talcott Parsons' Structural Functional Theory and Maqāṣid al-Syarī‘ah Theory. The data analysis used in this study is qualitative with an inductive method.
The results of the study show that Perempuan Salimah plays an important role in realizing the development of sakinah family resilience through spiritual guidance, mental health, physical health, and economic empowerment, as well as personal consultation, through structured guidance programs with measurable operational standards. Members experience benefits such as increased religiosity, inner peace, a basic understanding of physical health, and a sense of responsibility in nurturing their families. Thus, Salimah Women can be seen as agents of family resilience development with a significant impact on their members.
