%T PENGARUH KORUPSI DALAM TEORI “GREASE THE WHEEL” DAN “SAND THE WHEEL” TERHADAP FOREIGN DIRECT INVESTMENT DI ASEAN PERIODE 2014 - 2023
%X Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh korupsi dalam perspektif Grease the wheel dan Sand the wheel terhadap Foreign Direct Investment di lima negara ASEAN—Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Filipina, dan Vietnam—periode 2014–2023. Variabel yang dianalisis meliputi Control of Corruption, Gross Domestic Product , Trade Openness, dan Political Stability dengan metode panel Fixed Effect Model. Hasil menunjukkan Control of Corruption dan Political Stability berpengaruh negatif signifikan, sedangkan Gross Domestic Product dan Trade Openness berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Foreign Direct Investment. Temuan ini mendukung teori Grease the wheel, serta menekankan pentingnya perbaikan tata kelola dan stabilitas politik untuk meningkatkan iklim investasi.
