"The rapid development of financial technology, especially Online lending,\r\nhas created ethical and financial dilemmas among the younger generation in\r\nIndonesia, especially students who often face financial instability. Data shows that\r\nthe majority of Pinjol customers are Generation Z and Millennials, and a significant\r\nincrease occurred in bad loan cases that are often associated with inhumane interest\r\npractices (riba) and collection. This study aims to empirically analyze the influence\r\nof Perilaku keuangan and Religiosity on Online Loan Decision Making in UIN\r\nSunan Kalijaga Students, Yogyakarta.\r\nThis quantitative research uses a field research approach with the entire\r\npopulation of UIN Sunan Kalijaga students and samples 402 respondents through\r\npurposive sampling techniques. The sample criteria are students with a bachelor's\r\ndegree in education (S1) aged 18-25 years old with a history of Pinjol experience\r\nfrom any application that offers loans with an interest and tenor system. Primary\r\ndata were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using the\r\nMultiple Linear Regression method.\r\nThe results of partial hypothesis testing showed that Perilaku keuangan had\r\na positive and significant effect on Loan Decision Making. These findings indicate\r\nthat cognitive bias and emotional bias encourage students to make Pinjol decisions\r\ndespite being aware of the risks. On the other hand, religiosity has a negative and\r\nsignificant effect on Loan Decision Making. This confirms that the higher the\r\ninternalization of religious teachings, especially related to the prohibition of usury\r\nand the practice of muamalah that is not in accordance with sharia, the less inclined\r\nstudents are to use Pinjol."^^ .
