"The Family Hope Program, commonly referred to as PKH, is a non-cash\r\nsocial assistance program provided by the government to break the cycle of poverty\r\nand improve the quality of life of poor families. This is achieved through three\r\ncomponents: health, education, and welfare. However, the effectiveness of PKH in\r\nthe education component still requires in-depth research, particularly the role of\r\nfacilitators in realizing PKH goals in rural areas such as Wonoroto Hamlet. This\r\nstudy aims to answer the research question: the role of PKH facilitators in\r\nstrengthening children's education in Wonoroto Hamlet. This study used qualitative\r\nmethods, collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. Ten\r\ninformants were selected using a purposive sampling technique. The results of this\r\nstudy indicate that PKH facilitators play a crucial role in strengthening children's\r\neducation through social work stages including engagement, assessment, planning,\r\nintervention, monitoring and evaluation, and termination. Childcare providers\r\nfunction as educators, facilitators, brokers, and motivators, bridging the gap\r\nbetween families, schools, and policymakers, ensuring children's educational\r\nparticipation and increasing parental awareness of education. However, the\r\neffectiveness of these providers is still affected by limited monitoring intensity, a\r\npersuasive approach without sanctions, and the high workload of childcare\r\nproviders."^^ .
