This quantitative explanatory study involved 110 employees\r\nof Bank KB Bukopin Syariah (Yogyakarta, Solo, and Semarang branches). Data\r\nwere analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS). Findings reveal that EAP and\r\nWLB significantly improve performance and reduce work stress. Work stress\r\nmediates EAP's impact on performance but not WLB's.
