This study used a quantitative approach with a questionnaire method on employees in\r\nYogyakarta from Bank Syariah Indonesia, BPRS HIK MCI, and Bank Mega\r\nSyariah. Data were analyzed using SPSS. The results show that attitude and\r\nmentoring have a significant positive effect, while ability has a significant negative effect.
