The study aims to assess the contribution of variables from internal employee factors studied, including Attitude, Ability, and Job Satisfaction, and external factors, including Leadership, Work Facilities, and Mentoring. This study used a quantitative approach with a questionnaire method on employees in Yogyakarta from Bank Syariah Indonesia, BPRS HIK MCI, and Bank Mega Syariah. Data were analyzed using SPSS. The results show that attitude and mentoring have a significant positive effect, while ability has a significant negative effect. Job satisfaction, leadership, and facilities do not have a significant effect.
