Data were obtained from 40 respondents and analyzed using the SEM-PLS method. The results show that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while emotional intelligence does not show a significant influence. Job satisfaction was found unable to mediate the influence of emotional intelligence or organizational commitment on employee performance. Therefore, commitment is the most dominant factor in influencing employee performance. Management is advised to focus more on strengthening employee loyalty as it is proven to provide a real direct impact on the company.
