Utilizing a panel data regression method with the Random Effect Model (REM) approach, this research processes secondary data sourced from the World Governance Indicators (WGI) and the Fund for Peace. The empirical results indicate that State Fragility (FSI) and ICT infrastructure have a significant negative effect on FDI inflows. Conversely, inflation was found to have a positive impact on FDI. Furthermore, variables such as Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and trade openness did not demonstrate a significant influence on FDI within the studied context.
