One effort is through systematically managed, digitalized training. This study aims to analyze the management of digitalized training at Lempuyangan 1 Public Elementary School, examine strategies for improving teachers' pedagogical competence, and examine the role of school support and mentoring in fostering the success of such training. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving the principal, curriculum coordinator, and teachers, with data validity techniques used including credibility (source triangulation, technical triangulation, time triangulation). Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The analytical framework of this study refers to George R. Terry's management theory which includes the functions of planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring. The research results show that the digitalized training management at Lempuyangan 1 Public Elementary School has been implemented in a structured manner. First, needs-based planning, collaborative organization, training implementation through IHT and Learning Communities, and continuous evaluation. Second, the strategy to improve teachers' pedagogical competence is carried out through training provided evenly without specific criteria, resulting in increased variety of teaching methods, assessment efficiency, and learning management. Third, school support and mentoring in the form of infrastructure provision, practice sharing forums, and continuous monitoring strengthen training implementation. Overall, the digitalized training management has been proven to contribute significantly to improving teachers' pedagogical competence and the quality of learning at Lempuyangan 1 Public Elementary School. %Z Irwanto, M.Pd.
