In the context of organizational performance, achieving optimal results requires integration between technical and social aspects. This study aims to analyze the relationship, correlation, and influence between information system quality (X) and the effectiveness of student KKN activity reporting (Y), mediated by academic service quality (Z). This study uses a quantitative approach conducted at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta with a population of 2,993 KKN students from Batch 117. The number of samples was taken based on the Slovin formula which resulted in a total of 352 samples, the sample determination was determined using a simple random sampling technique by dividing the sample equally based on the faculties. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents using a 5-point Likert scale (1 = Strongly Disagree to 5 = Strongly Agree). The data obtained were then analyzed using crosstabs, bivariate correlation tests, partial correlation tests, simple regression tests, and multiple regression tests using IBM SPPS Statistics 27 software. The analysis results showed that the bivariate correlation value (ryx), at 0.438, was greater than the partial correlation value (ryx.z), at 0.251 (ryx > ryx.z). This means that statistically, information system quality influences the effectiveness of student KKN activity reporting when mediated by academic service quality, with a 95% confidence interval. The regression analysis results support this finding by indicating that information system quality has a greater contribution to increasing the effectiveness of student KKN activity reporting than academic service quality, as shown in the equation: Y = 42.158 + 0.152X + 0.073Z. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.201 means that information system quality and academic service quality together are able to explain the variability in the effectiveness of reporting KKN student activities by 20.1%, while the remaining 79.9% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.371.2 Pendidikan - Manajemen2026-03-04UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA;FAKULTAS ILMU TARBIYAH DAN KEGURUANThesis
