This study aims to examine how women’s leadership is implemented at MAN 2 Bantul from the perspective of Qira’ah Mubadalah and to analyze its impact on the madrasah’s performance. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical design. Data collection was conducted six times starting from May 17, 2025, through observation, interviews, and documentation involving several informants, including the principal, teachers, education staff, students, and parents. Data analysis used the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, which consists of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. Data validity was tested through source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results show that, first, women’s leadership at MAN 2 Bantul, implemented by Hj. Nur Hasanah Rahmawati, reflects the principles of reciprocity and gender justice as proposed in the Qira’ah Mubadalah theory. The principal applies a participatory, collaborative, and democratic leadership style by prioritizing open communication, teacher empowerment, and deliberation-based decision-making. Second, this leadership has a positive impact on the madrasah’s performance, indicated by improved work discipline, increased teacher creativity, and a more harmonious working atmosphere. %K Kepemimpinan Perempuan, Qira’ah Mubadalah,Keadilan Gender %D 2026 %I UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA %L digilib75830
