Sabarudin, M.Si. abstract: This study aims to analyze the forms and implementation of the qailulah program and to examine its implications for students’ memorization ability and learning focus at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Terpadu (MIT) Nurussalam Latansa Muntilan. The background of this research is based on the implementation of a full day school system, which requires effective management of learning rhythms to maintain students’ physical and mental readiness, particularly in supporting learning focus and memorization activities. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical design. The study was conducted at MIT Nurussalam Latansa Muntilan and involved the head of the madrasah, teachers, and students as research subjects. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with the head of the madrasah, homeroom teachers of grades 1 and 2, the vice chairperson of the foundation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using an interactive model consisting of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. Data validity was ensured through source and technique triangulation.
