This condition can affect an individual's belief in their ability to face challenges, known as self-efficacy. This study aims to analyze the effect of family support and personal social guidance on the self-efficacy of students experiencing a quarter-life crisis in Yogyakarta. This study used a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The study sample consisted of 450 students selected through a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using scales of family support, personal social guidance, and self-efficacy, then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that family support ({\ensuremath{\beta}} = 0.235; p {\ensuremath{<}} 0.05) and personal social guidance ({\ensuremath{\beta}} = 0.321; p {\ensuremath{<}} 0.05) had a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy. Simultaneously, both variables contributed significantly (F = 803.563; p {\ensuremath{<}} 0.001) with an R? value of 0.783. This means that 78.3\% of the variation in self-efficacy is explained by these two variables. It is concluded that family support and personal and social guidance play a significant role in improving students' self-efficacy in facing quarter-life crisis.} }
