Proses layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah kadang tidak berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. Terkadang, layanan ini juga tidak selalu dilaksanakan oleh guru kelas, meskipun merupakan bagian dari tanggung jawab mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perna guru non bimbingan dan konseling terhadap layanan bimbingan dan konseling kepada siswa. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dalam penlitian ini dengan data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara.&#13;
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru non bimbingan konsleing berperan sebgaai sumber belajar, fasilitator, pengelola, demonstrator, pembimbing, motivator dan evaluator.
