This study aims to model Mamdani-type fuzzy logic to diagnose the main factors hindering scheduling efficiency through input variable sensitivity analysis. To avoid rule explosion, 10 technical indicators were aggregated into 3 main input variables, namely Room Occupancy, Academic Violations, and Student Waiting Time. The fuzzy model was constructed with 27 rule bases using the Scikit-fuzzy library in Python and evaluated using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) metric. The testing results and fine-tuning process produced a model accuracy with a MAPE value of 27.69%, which is classified as ?Acceptable?. A diagnosis of the inhibiting factors was then performed on this validated model through One-at-a-Time (OAT) sensitivity analysis. The diagnosis results identified Academic Restrictions Violations as the most dominant and critical factor hindering scheduling efficiency, with 7 study programs classified as highly sensitive and the highest sensitivity level in the Mathematics Study Program reaching 1.8123. Conversely, 3 other study programs showed robust scheduling characteristics (sensitivity index less than 1), with the Biology Study Program having room occupancy constraints as the single dominant factor with a sensitivity index value of 0.7619. Based on these findings, recommendations were formulated with reference to the University Course Timetabling Problem (UCTP) solution standard, which involves hard constraints and soft constraints. The improvement solutions focused on tightening the rules on lecturer teaching loads, meeting physical classroom capacity, implementing mandatory breaks, and managing class division to reduce scheduling inefficiency.
