One of the factors influencing the event is the presence of a slip surface, which can be identified through subsurface lithological layers based on resistivity values. Research was conducted in the moving land zone aimed to identify the slip surface using the Wenner–Schlumberger configuration geoelectrical resistivity method. The result of data collection on 4 tracks were processed using Res2DInv software. The obtained 2D model was interpreted basod on the results of field werification ang geological data from the Kalibiuk formation ang Jembangan volcano formation. The interpretation results showed a low-resistivity layer (≤20 Ωm) in the form of marl acting as a slip surface found at a depth of 3 meters to 5 meters and distributed downwards, a medium-resistivity layer (20 to 125 Ωm) in the form of clayey soil acting as the moving material found on the surface to a depth of 3 meters to 5 meters and a high-resistivity layer (>125 Ωm) in the form of andesite rocks found in the northern part and several boulders found on the surface. The slip surface is suspected to blocated beneath clayey soil at a depth of 3 to 5 meters. The results of the study are expected to be used as a reference and basis for consideration in the preparation and development of village spatial palnning, especially in areas affected by moving ground events. %Z Dr. Thaqibul Fikri Niyartama, S.Si., M.Si. dan Nugroho Budi Wibowo, S.Si., M.Sc.
