Along with this phenomenon, human concerns about sustainability have also become one of the focus of modern society, mainly because of the shared values in the form of ethics and environmentalism. The field research presented in this paper attempts to provide further insight into the question of how ecological democracy is applied in Ternak Desa Indonesia, using the concepts of green deen and animal ethics. The findings argues that philosophically, the six principles of green deen, namely tawḥīd,ʾāyat, 'adl, khalīfah, amāna, and mizan, which are anthropocentric in nature, are in line with what is understood by Indonesian Village Livestock; practically, the management of Ternak Desa Indonesia is in accordance with the concept of green deen, which are the waste and water management. Meanwhile, due to lack of information the management of electricity in livestock farming cannot yet be determined by the researcher.
