"The Halal Examination Agency (LPH) of UIN Sunan Kalijaga faces complexities\r\nin operational management, particularly regarding the synchronization of business\r\nactor data, auditor data, and the calculation of multi-party fund allocations\r\ninvolving various parameters. The manual use leads to a high risk of human error,\r\ndata inconsistency between departments, and low integrity of organizational data\r\nhistory. This research aims to design and develop an integrated LPH Management\r\nInformation System (MIS) to automate all operational and reporting processes\r\naccurately and transparently. The system development method used is Extreme\r\nProgramming (XP). This method was selected for its iterative and adaptive nature,\r\nallowing the researcher to dynamically make functional adjustments based on\r\ndirect feedback from the institution (on-site customer). Development was carried\r\nout through three main iterations, including Planning, Design, Coding, and Testing\r\nphases, to ensure that every feature is precisely aligned with field requirements.\r\nThis information system was built using the Laravel framework, featuring a data\r\nsnapshot mechanism to maintain transaction history integrity and automated QR\r\nCode digital seals for report document authentication. The research results indicate\r\nthat the system has met all defined functional criteria. Based on Black Box Testing,\r\nall modules operated with a 100% success rate. Furthermore, the User Acceptance\r\nTest (UAT) results showed a 100% user acceptance rate (all 13 scenarios met).\r\nThus, this system is declared feasible to improve operational management\r\nefficiency and accountability at LPH UIN Sunan Kalijaga."^^ .
