The village, as a legal community unit, has the authority to regulate and manage its own affairs as stipulated in Law Number 3 of 2024 concerning amendments to Law Number 6 of 2014 on Villages. Within this framework, the village government plays a strategic role in managing Village Funds, developing Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), and encouraging community participation through village deliberation forums. However, in practice, several obstacles remain, such as suboptimal management of BUMDes, limited understanding of policies, and the potential misuse of funds, which have hindered the maximization of local economic improvement. This research aims to analyze the role of the village government in enhancing the community?s economy and to examine it based on the principles of Fiqh Siy{\=a}sah. This research is field research employing a normative juridical approach with a descriptive qualitative nature. Primary data were obtained through observation, interviews with village officials and community members, and documentation in Teluk Dalem Village. Secondary data were derived from statutory regulations, books, journals, and related literature. Data analysis was conducted deductively through stages of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the role of the Teluk Dalem Village Government in improving the community?s economy through the utilization of its authority is in line with Law No. 3 of 2024, particularly through the management of Village Funds, the development of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), community empowerment through skills training, and the development of local economic potential and leading village products. These programs are implemented using a participatory approach so that the community is not merely positioned as an object but also as a subject in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of village economic development. From the perspective of Fiqh Siy{\=a}sah and Islamic economics, this role is also consistent with the principles of trust (amanah), justice (?adl), deliberation (syura), and orientation toward public welfare (maslahah), where every policy of the leader is directed toward improving community welfare. The implementation of the principle tasharruf al-imam ?ala ra?iyyatihi manutun bil maslahah emphasizes that village economic policies must be based on public benefit. Therefore, the synergy between state regulations and the values of Fiqh Siy{\=a}sah and Islamic economics becomes an important foundation in realizing participatory, just, and sustainable village economic development.} }
