This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach, using data collected through field observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Informants were selected using purposive sampling, comprising one librarian managing the JAMILA service, one circulation service librarian, one delivery service librarian, and seven service users. Data validity was assessed through source and technical triangulation, while data analysis was conducted through thematic reduction, presentation, and drawing of conclusions.
The findings indicate that JAMILA successfully provides a library service that is adaptive to modern lifestyles without reducing its educational and social value. The service effectively reaches users with limited time and mobility, as evidenced by increasing usage trends and positive public reception. Furthermore, JAMILA strengthens the Branding of the Yogyakarta City Library through Liddle’s (2007) five Branding dimensions, awareness, loyalty, promotion, prestige, and clarity by building an innovative, credible, and community-responsive institutional image, including strengthened internal Branding through collaborative work culture and data-driven management. JAMILA also contributes to the achievement of the 2030 SDGs, specifically Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Target 16.10 (Public Access to Information), positioning it as a symbol of an inclusive, adaptive, and sustainable modern library transformation. The novelty of this study lies in its analytical approach that integrates the evaluation of book delivery services with library Branding enhancement and its contribution to the SDGs, an angle that has received limited attention in previous research on digital library services and public service innovation in Indonesia.</mods:abstract><mods:classification authority="lcc">027.5 Government Libraries/Perpustakaan Pemerintah</mods:classification><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8061">2025-12-18</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:originInfo><mods:publisher>UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA;PASCASARJANA</mods:publisher></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Thesis</mods:genre></mets:xmlData></mets:mdWrap></mets:dmdSec><mets:amdSec ID="TMD_eprint_76046"><mets:rightsMD ID="rights_eprint_76046_mods"><mets:mdWrap MDTYPE="MODS"><mets:xmlData><mods:useAndReproduction>
