Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahu tahap-tahap pendekatan person centered dalam konseling individu terhadap remaja pelaku tindak kejahatan jalanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang menyertakan data wawancara serta dokumentasi untuk memperkuat hasil temuan. Hasil dan pembahasan dalam penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa proses konseling individu yang dilakukan oleh psikolog di BPRSR DIY telah berjalan selaras dengan tahap-tahap pendekatan person centered menurut Tolan.
