%T PENGARUH DESENTRALISASI FISKAL TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DAN KESEJAHTERAAN MASYARAKAT DI PROVINSI JAWA BARAT TAHUN 2014-2023
%X This study discusses the debate surrounding the impact of fiscal decentralization on macroeconomic management, particularly its influence on economic growth and community welfare in West Java from 2014 to 2023. This research aims to understand how fiscal decentralization directly and indirectly affects economic growth and community welfare. Using quantitative methodology with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and path analysis, this study utilizes panel data from 27 districts/cities in West Java. The results show that fiscal decentralization has a positive and significant impact on economic growth and community welfare, with economic growth acting as a partial mediator that explains 84.6% of the total effect. This highlights the important role of economic growth in translating fiscal decentralization into improved welfare.
