The focus of this research covers four main aspects of educational management: planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling, implemented by the school in instilling religious values through a school culture based on the Quran. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that school culture-based educational management at SMP IT Al-Khairaat Yogyakarta is carried out systematically and participatory, involving all school components, including the principal, teachers, students, and parental support. Programs such as Tahsin (Tahfidz), Tahfidz (Quran recitation), Tilawah (Quranic recitation), Dhuha prayer, and routine religious activities are integral to shaping students' religious character. The implementation of this Quranic culture has successfully created a school environment that is religious, disciplined, and imbued with noble character. Continuous monitoring is carried out through activity evaluation and student character development.
