The research employs a qualitative descriptive-analytical approach with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, while the data analysis technique uses the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, encompassing data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The findings reveal that: (1) The implementation of integrated curriculum management is carried out through four systematic management functions: planning through goal-setting, needs analysis, and curriculum content organization; organizing through the establishment of a Curriculum Development Team with 336 instructional hours; implementation through standardized learning strategies, curriculum implementation programs, and continuous supervision via SIM MMA; and comprehensive formative–summative evaluation with stringent grade promotion criteria. (2) The curriculum development model adopts a modified Grass Roots approach that combines the Shared Model and Webbed Model. (3) The impact of the integrated curriculum is reflected in three main aspects: balanced academic competencies in religious and general sciences, strengthened non-academic competencies such as character and leadership, and graduates’ preparedness to continue their studies at religious or general higher education institutions. The study concludes that integrated curriculum development management contributes significantly to improving graduate quality; however, its sustainability still faces potential weaknesses, including inconsistencies in teacher competencies and heavy learning workloads, thereby requiring policy support from the Ministry of Religious Affairs to strengthen quality standards through a more structured and systemic integrated curriculum. date: 2025-12-10 date_type: published pages: 252 institution: UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA department: FAKULTAS ILMU TARBIYAH DAN KEGURUAN thesis_type: skripsi thesis_name: other citation: Nur Maulidiyah Sa’adah, NIM.: 23204092019 (2025) MANAJEMEN PENGEMBANGAN KURIKULUM INTEGRATIF UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MUTU LULUSAN MADRASAH MU’ALLIMIN MU’ALLIMAT 6 TAHUN BAHRUL ULUM TAMBAKBERAS JOMBANG.
