Pertama, penanaman nilai-nilai dasar dan prinsip pendidikan Islam humanis menciptakan pembelajaran yang memanusiakan manusia, perkembangan individu secara holistik, dan kemerdekaan belajar dalam proses pendidikan. Kedua, proses implementasi pembelajaran pendidikan Islam humanis di sekolah dengan menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan, demokratis, toleransi, memberikan kebebasan untuk bereksplorasi, kerja sama, dan interaksi positif. Ketiga, strategi pembentukan karakter religius siswa yaitu pembelajaran metode student center learning atau pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa, strategi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, strategi kontekstual, dan strategi pembelajaran humanistik.
