This situation requires strong time management skills so that students can balance their time between work and study, thereby avoiding excessive academic stress. This study aims to identify, analyze, and describe the relationship between time management and academic stress among part-time students in Yogyakarta. The research uses a quantitative, correlational approach. The sample consisted of 100 students selected using purposive sampling techniques. The research instruments were a time management scale based on Macan's theory, consisting of 16 items, and an academic stress scale based on the theories of Gadzella and Masten, consisting of 19 items. Data analysis was conducted using Spearman correlation. The results showed a significance value of 0.000 (p {\ensuremath{<}} 0.05). This indicates a relationship between time management and academic stress among part-time students in Yogyakarta. In other words, the better the students' time management skills, the lower the level of academic stress experienced by part-time students, and vice versa.} }
