academic workload and their jobs, which often triggers high levels of stress. This&#13;
situation requires strong time management skills so that students can balance their&#13;
time between work and study, thereby avoiding excessive academic stress. This&#13;
study aims to identify, analyze, and describe the relationship between time&#13;
management and academic stress among part-time students in Yogyakarta. The&#13;
research uses a quantitative, correlational approach. The sample consisted of 100&#13;
students selected using purposive sampling techniques. The research instruments&#13;
were a time management scale based on Macan's theory, consisting of 16 items,&#13;
and an academic stress scale based on the theories of Gadzella and Masten,&#13;
consisting of 19 items. Data analysis was conducted using Spearman correlation.&#13;
The results showed a significance value of 0.000 (p &lt; 0.05). This indicates a&#13;
relationship between time management and academic stress among part-time&#13;
students in Yogyakarta. In other words, the better the students' time management&#13;
skills, the lower the level of academic stress experienced by part-time students, and&#13;
