%T PENGARUH TATA KELOLA DAN INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN SEKTOR PERBANKAN DI INDONESIA
%X The relatively rapid recovery of stock prices after the COVID-19 pandemic reflects that banking stocks remain a preffered choice for both individual and institutional investors. This study aims to examine the effect of corporate governance variables, which consist of board size, independent commissioners, audit committee, managerial ownership and institutional ownership, as well as the intellectual capital variable on form value as proxied by Tobin’s Q, with leverage as a control variable. The population in this study includes banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019-2023. The research sample consists of 42 companies selected using purposive sampling, and the data obtained is in the form of an unbalanced panel. Hypothesis testing was conducted using panel data regression methods with the help of E-Views 10 software. The research results show that the corporate governance variables that have a positive effect on firm value are board size, managerial ownership, and institutional ownership, while the variables of independent commissioners, audit committee, and institutional ownership have no effect on firm value. Finally, the intellectual capital variable shows a positive influence on firm value as proxied by Tobin’s Q in banking sector companies.
