This study aims to determine the diversity of medicinal plants of the Zingiberaceae family in Galuhtimur Village, Brebes and to determine the design, feasibility, and practicality of the e-booklet on the diversity of medicinal plants of the Zingiberaceae family as a supporting medium for biology learning. This research is a research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model which is limited to the development stage. In this study, 14 species were found belonging to 7 genera, namely Curcuma, Zingiber, Kaempferia, Alpinia, Etlingera, Elettaria and Boesenbergia. This research was developed into an e-booklet. The results of the validity test assessment by material experts fall into the very high validity category with a V value of 0.825 and a very high reliability value with an alpha value of 0.9375. The validity test assessment by media experts falls into the very high validity category with a V value of 0.98295 and a very high reliability value with an alpha value of 0.8333. The validity test assessment by biology teachers obtained a V value of 0.905 with a very high validity category and a high reliability value with an alpha value of 0.760234. Student responses obtained a high validity value with a reliability test value of 0.9423.
