Learning at vocational schools (SMK) is more focused on practical activities compared to classroom theory, so the availability of adequate equipment and facilities becomes a crucial factor in producing skilled and competent graduates. This research aims to analyze and evaluate the condition of the availability of facilities and infrastructure at SMK Al-Munawwir Krapyak using the National Education Standards, the strategy for developing facilities and infrastructure using SWAT analysis, the short-term, medium-term, and long-term strategic plans used by SMK Al-Munawwir Krapyak to develop facilities and infrastructure in accordance with the National Education Standards, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in the development of facilities and infrastructure at SMK Al-Munawwir Krapyak. This research is a type of field research with a qualitative approach using descriptive-analytical methods. Research data were collected thru observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research uses the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana technique, which consists of data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. Meanwhile, the data validity test uses source triangulation and technique triangulation. This research found that: first, the availability of facilities and infrastructure at SMK Al-Munawwir Krapyak, based on the National Education Standards, can be categorized into three groups: available, not yet available, and not available. Second, using SWAT analysis, this research shows that there are advantages in the facilities and infrastructure of SMK Al-Munawwir Krapyak, such as a 1:1 ratio, routine maintenance, and the availability of dormitories. Weaknesses include limited land, learning equipment, and practical equipment. Opportunities include collaboration with the industrial sector, alumni, and the government. And external threats in the form of textile waste pollution, use of facilities by dormitory parties, and curriculum changes. Third, SMK Al-Munawwir Krapyak has developed long-term, medium-term, and short-term strategic plans to enhance educational facilities.
