The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of anti-bullying gymnastics in increasing knowledge about bullying in children aged 4 – 6 years at RA Muslimat NU Sidomulyo Salaman Magelang. This research uses a quantitative approach and uses a quasi-experimental design. The study involved 20 children from classes A1 and A2. In class A1, as the control class, there were 10 children; in class A2, as the experimental class, there were 10 children who were given anti-bullying exercises. Data collection techniques use observation techniques and children’s knowledge tests. The results of the study showed that anti-bullying gymnastics was effective for children aged 4 – 6 years at RA Muslimat NU Sidomulyo Salaman Magelang. The results showed that the children’s knowledge scores before the intervention (pretest) in classes A1 and A2 were each on average 9.00. After the anti-bullying exercise was carried out, the average knowledge score of class A1 increased to 10.00, while the A2 score remained at 9.00. Children gain an understanding of the concept, types, prevention, and attitudes towards bullying through activities packaged in fun physical activities combined with movement, songs, and educational messages.
