Generation Z is a generation born in the era of technological development, so it has different characteristics compared to previous generations. These differences can influence a person's vulnerability to psychological well-being problems due to the demands and pressures faced. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and social support with psychological well-being in Generation Z in Yogyakarta. The hypothesis in this study is a positive relationship between self-efficacy and social support with psychological well-being. This study used a quantitative correlation method. The subjects in this study were 255 respondents who were Generation Z in Yogyakarta who were selected using accidental sampling. The measuring instruments used in this study included a self-efficacy scale referring to aspects (Bandura, 2006), a social support scale from aspects (Sarafino, 2008) and a psychological well-being scale referring to aspects (Ryff, C.D. & Keyes, 1995). Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously there is a significant positive relationship between self-efficacy and social support with psychological well-being in generation Z in Yogyakarta with p (<0.001) <0.05. The magnitude of the influence of the relationship between self-efficacy and social support with psychological well-being is 0.550. This study can illustrate that self-efficacy and social support can help the level of psychological well-being such as through self-empowerment and social approaches in generation Z in Yogyakarta. %Z Miftahun Ni’mah Suseno, S.Psi., M.A., Psikolog
