The research is motivated by the importance of using social media to support fast and wide-reaching information dissemination, especially to livestock farmers. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including Instagram observation, interviews with Ditjen PKH public relations officers and academics, and documentation. The findings reveal that Ditjen PKH's communication strategy is well-planned starting with content planning based on agenda setting and national issues, implementing two-way communication through various Instagram features, and evaluating performance using social media insights.
