Financial distress is measured using the -Z-Score, while the independent variables include NPF as a proxy for Risk Profile, the size of the board of commissioners, board of director, and SSB as a proxies for GCG, ROA as a proxy for Earnings, and CAR as a proxy for Capital. The results show that board of director has a negative significant effect and CAR has a positive significant effect on financial distress, while NPF, the board of commissioners, SSB, and ROA are not significant.
