Therefore, it is necessary to develop teaching materials that are able to facilitate active and challenging learning activities, One of which is through a biology module based on Problem Based Learning (PBL). This study aims to determine the development of a PBL-based biology module as a teaching material, the feasibility of the PBL-based biology module teaching material on the blood circulation system material and students' responses to the PBL-based biology module teaching material. The research conducted is a type of R&D research using the ADDIE model. The results of this study produced a teaching material product in the form of a PBL-based biology module on the blood circulation system material. The results of the product feasibility test, namely the assessment of material experts got a percentage of 96.20%, the assessment of media experts was 91.25%, the assessment of peer reviewers was 91.30%, the assessment of biology teachers was 86.07%. The results of student responses to the developed product got a percentage of 94.93%.
