The object of the study is companies consistently listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index 70 (JII70) for the 2021-2024 period. This study employs panel data regression analysis. The research sample consists of 41 companies with a total of 164 observations. The results show that, partially, institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and the size of the board of directors have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Meanwhile, the independent board of commissioners, audit committee size, and audit quality do not have a significant effect on firm value. Simultaneously, all independent variables have a significant effect on firm value.
