This study aims to determine the diversity of Cactaceae in the Keboen Kita plant nursery and to develop a Cactaceae diversity booklet as a biology learning medium for grade X SMA/MA students. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model. However, this research is limited to only three stages: Analysis, Design, and Development. The objects of this research were fourteen species of Cactaceae from two subfamilies (Cactoideae & Opuntioideae) which were identified, classified, and their morphological characteristics were studied, then developed into a booklet using the Canva application through the stages of compiling materials, designing layout designs, and printing products. The quality of the booklet was assessed by one material expert, one media expert, one biology teacher, and fifteen grade X students of MAN 1 Sleman. The overall assessment results show that the Cactaceae diversity booklet obtained a very good category with a percentage of 99% (Very Appropriate) from material experts, 96% (Very Appropriate) from media experts, 94% (Very Appropriate) from biology teachers, and 97% (Very Appropriate) from student responses. Therefore, this booklet is very suitable for use as a learning medium for biology for class X.</mods:abstract><mods:classification authority="lcc">371.33 Media Pembelajaran</mods:classification><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8061">2026-04-24</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:originInfo><mods:publisher>UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA;FAKULTAS ILMU TARBIYAH DAN KEGURUAN</mods:publisher></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Thesis</mods:genre></mods:mods>
