This research aims to develop an integrated web-based medical record information system using the Extreme Programming (XP) method. The selection of the XP method allows for a more adaptive and flexible system development process in response to the dynamic needs of the clinic through continuous iteration cycles. The system was developed using the Laravel framework, MySQL database, and WhatsApp Gateway integration to optimize patient control schedule reminder services. The development results demonstrate that the system successfully meets the users' operational needs through two iteration cycles, producing key features such as owner-based medical record management, a digital referral letter module, and automated reports that comply with PDHI (Indonesian Veterinary Medical Association) reporting standards. System testing using the Black Box Testing method indicates that all functionalities operate correctly without technical errors. Furthermore, the results of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) confirm that the system has met user expectations and is declared feasible for significantly improving administrative efficiency and the professionalism of medical services at the Pet Area Clinic.</mods:abstract><mods:classification authority="lcc">005.36 Sistem Informasi</mods:classification><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8061">2026-04-01</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:originInfo><mods:publisher>UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA;FAKULTAS SAINS DAN TEKNOLOGI</mods:publisher></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Thesis</mods:genre></mods:mods>
