Through social interactions that take place at Buntet Islamic Boarding School between IKAPB organization administrators and Buntet Islamic Boarding School students, this becomes an important aspect in the process of internalizing values, norms, and character in the boarding school environment.&#13;
This study aims to determine the patterns of social interaction, supporting and inhibiting factors, and the implications of IKAPB administrators in shaping the character of santri (Islamic boarding school students) as well as to identify supporting and inhibiting factors. The subjects of this study include IKAPB administrators and santri at the Buntet Islamic Boarding School. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.&#13;
The results of the study show that the social interaction patterns of the administrators of the Pondok Buntet Boarding School Family Association (IKAPB) are predominantly associative and educational through religious studies, bahtsul kutub, and women's fiqh seminars. These interactions are supported by a culture of kinship and routine activities, but are hampered by limited funding and suboptimal participation by administrators.
