Ira Setyaningsih, S.T., M.Sc, IPM, ASEAN Eng. %T PENGUKURAN KINERJA GREEN SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT PADA INDUSTRI BAKPIA MENGGUNAKAN GREEN SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATIONS REFERENCE %X This study is motivated by the increasing pressure on environmental impact management in the food industry, particularly among small and medium enterprises (SMEs), which often face limitations in implementing environmentally friendly practices and structured performance measurement. The production process of bakpia involves the use of water and energy and generates both liquid and solid waste that may pose environmental risks. Therefore, an approach that integrates environmental aspects into the supply chain is required. This research aims to measure the performance of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM), identify performance indicators that require improvement, and formulate recommendations for enhancing performance at CV. Cahaya Cipta Food. The method used is the Green Supply Chain Operations Reference (GSCOR) model, which consists of five core processes. Indicator weighting is conducted using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), normalization is carried out using the Snorm de Boer method, and performance evaluation is assessed using the Traffic Light System (TLS). Data were collected through observations, interviews, questionnaires, and historical company records. The results show that the GSCM performance score of CV. Cahaya Cipta Food is 88.24, which falls into the good category. Out of 21 validated key performance indicators (KPIs), three are categorized as yellow and three as red. The red KPIs include water usage, liquid waste, and product returns, which are identified as priority areas for improvement. The proposed recommendations include optimizing waste management, improving resource efficiency, and strengthening production quality control.
