The research issues raised are factors that influence the intention to pay professional zakat and possible differences between urban and rural communities. This study aims to analyze the influence of attitudes, subjective norms, behavioral control, religiosity, beliefs, and zakat literacy on the intention to pay professional zakat based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), and to test differences between regions. The method used is a quantitative approach with SEM-PLS and Multi Group Analysis (MGA). This research shows that attitudes, subjective norms, religiosity, beliefs, and zakat literacy have a significant positive effect on the intention to pay professional zakat, while behavioral control is not significant. Regional differences are only found in the influence of subjective norms. %Z Sunarsih, S.E., M.Si.,
