This quantitative research involved 209 respondents, with data analyzed using SEM-PLS. The results show that Dialogue, Access, and Risk Assessment have a significant positive effect on Value Co-Creation. However, Transparency has no significant influence as it is perceived as a minimum operational standard by Gen Z. Furthermore, Value Co-Creation provenly strengthens Trust and Reputation. Implicatively, Islamic banking needs to transform one-way communication into functional collaborative interaction to bolster loyalty and institutional image today.
