masa dewasa awal, sebagai sarana komunikasi sekaligus ruang pengungkapan diri (self-disclosure).&#13;
Kebutuhan untuk menyesuaikan keterbukaan diri dengan konteks dan audiens mendorong&#13;
munculnya fenomena penggunaan multiple accounts Instagram sebagai strategi pengelolaan privasi&#13;
dan audiens. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan self-disclosure perempuan Generasi Z&#13;
di masa dewasa awal yang menggunakan multiple accounts Instagram. Penelitian ini menggunakan&#13;
pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi terhadap tiga informan perempuan Generasi Z&#13;
yang aktif menggunakan lebih dari satu akun Instagram. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara&#13;
semi-terstruktur, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa multiple&#13;
accounts memungkinkan penyesuaian tingkat keterbukaan diri berdasarkan audiens, tujuan&#13;
komunikasi, dan kebutuhan psikologis. Akun utama cenderung digunakan untuk menampilkan citra&#13;
diri yang lebih publik dan terkontrol, sedangkan akun tambahan menjadi ruang yang lebih privat&#13;
untuk mengekspresikan diri secara lebih autentik. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa self-disclosure&#13;
perempuan Generasi Z di Instagram merupakan proses yang selektif dan strategis, serta dipengaruhi&#13;
oleh kebutuhan akan ekspresi diri, rasa aman, dan pengelolaan privasi di ruang digital.&#13;
